You focus on the craft. We run the marketplace.
Odisha Vastram is a controlled marketplace: sellers own their products, inventory, packaging and dispatch — the platform owns customers, payments, logistics, support and compliance. That division of labour is what makes online selling realistic for a weaver in Bargarh or a society in Pipili, not just for big brands.
Free registration · No listing fees · No monthly charges · Platform fee only when you sell
Built for every kind of maker
From a single loom to a producer organisation with hundreds of members — onboarding adapts to your entity type and asks only for what the law actually requires of you.
Individual artisans & weavers
You craft with your own hands — sarees, fabrics, paintings, metalwork, terracotta. A PAN is enough to begin; GST is optional below the statutory turnover threshold.
Co-operative societies, SHGs & FPOs
Registered societies, Self-Help Groups, Farmer Producer Organisations, trusts and Section 8 companies onboard as the seller entity, with the authorised office bearer signing on behalf of members.
Proprietors & small brands
Shops, boutiques and label owners selling genuine handcrafted products. Udyam-registered MSMEs receive a Verified MSME Seller badge.
Manufacturers & firms
Partnership firms, LLPs and companies producing handloom, handicraft, home décor and artisan lifestyle products at scale.
What you handle, and what we handle

Sell, ship, get settled
Regular cycleOrders appear in your seller panel. You pack, record the packaging video, and hand over to the courier we send. Earnings reach your bank on a regular settlement cycle with a clear statement.
How and when you get paid
Most seller anxiety comes from money questions that platforms refuse to answer plainly. Here are ours, in plain language.
You sell. We manage the rest.
From the moment an order is placed, the platform manages payment collection, delivery and customer service. You prepare the product and hand it over — everything else is taken care of for you.
Straight to your bank
Your earnings are transferred directly to your own verified bank account through secure, RBI-regulated payment systems, on a regular settlement cycle, with a clear statement for every order.
A transparent platform fee
There are no registration, listing or monthly charges. A transparent platform fee applies only when you make a sale — and it is explained to you in writing during onboarding, before you sign anything.
The platform fee and settlement terms are set out in the Seller Terms and walked through with you during onboarding — see also the Seller Resources.
The doubts every seller has — answered
“I have never sold online. I'm not technical.”
“I don't have GST.”
“I don't have professional photographs.”
“What if a customer falsely claims I sent the wrong item?”
“I already sell through exhibitions and local channels.”
“What does it cost?”
Register now. Onboard at your own pace.
Registering your interest costs nothing and commits you to nothing — it simply starts a conversation with a Relationship Manager who will answer every question before you decide.
