Odisha Vastram is presently a pre-launch platform: it provides information about the upcoming marketplace, collects registrations of interest from prospective sellers, partners and investors, and operates a contact channel. No products are sold on this website yet, and nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell goods.

• Submitting a seller, partnership or investor form is an expression of interest, not a contract, and creates no obligation on either side.
• You must provide accurate information. Impersonation or false business details are grounds for refusal and removal.
• Seller onboarding, when offered, is subject to verification and the Seller Terms & Conditions, which are published separately.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the website.
• Do not submit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content through our forms.
• Do not scrape, harvest or republish website content for commercial use without written permission.

The Odisha Vastram name, logo, website design and content are the property of the Company. Craft product designs belong to their makers. See the Intellectual Property Policy for details.

The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website.

• Odisha Vastram operates as a marketplace intermediary: products are sold by verified independent sellers; the platform provides the storefront, payment routing, logistics coordination and support.
• Prices shown to customers are inclusive — delivery is free for customers, and the displayed price is the payable price.
• Payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment systems; the platform does not hold customer funds.
• A GST tax invoice is issued for every order, identifying the seller as supplier.
• Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the published Return & Refund and Cancellation Policies, which use evidence-based verification, including packaging videos.

• Provide accurate delivery details — failed deliveries from wrong addresses may limit return eligibility.
• Raise return requests within the published window with the required evidence.
• Abusive or fraudulent claims (including repeated false returns) may result in account restriction after review.

Concerns go first to support@odishavastram.com; unresolved matters go to the Grievance Officer under the Grievance Redressal Policy (acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution target 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and IT Rules, 2021).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-law venue rights you hold.
