The Odisha Vastram name, logo, website design, copy and software are the property of BYSP INTERNET SERVICES LLP. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Press use of the brand assets for coverage is welcome — write to swayam@odishavastram.com.

• Sellers retain all rights in their product designs and craft work. Listing on the platform grants us only the licence needed to display and market the listing.
• Product photographs uploaded by a seller remain the seller’s; the platform may use them to promote the listing and the marketplace.
• Copying another artisan’s registered design and selling it is an infringement under the Designs Act / Copyright Act and a violation of the Restricted Products Policy.

GI-protected names (Sambalpuri bandha, Kotpad weaves, Pipili appliqué, Cuttack tarakasi and others) are community intellectual property protected by the Geographical Indications of Goods Act, 1999. On this platform they may be used only by authorised users with documentation, and misuse is treated as a serious listing violation.

• Rights holders may report infringing content or listings to grievance@odishavastram.com with proof of ownership and the specific URL.
• Reports are acknowledged within 48 hours; verified infringements are removed expeditiously in line with the IT Act notice-and-takedown framework, with the listing seller informed and able to counter-represent.
